Parent-School Co-Operation
» It is in the interest of the child if parents keep in touch
with the Principal and class teachers regarding the progress of
their child. Class teachers are available on second Saturday of
each month, to meet parents.
» Irregular attendance mars the progress of the child, so
except in the case of illness or any unavoidable circumstances,
leave of absence should not be taken.
» The Principal must be informed in case the child is not
able to attend school. If there is no application for leave, the
name of the child will automatically be struck off after 30 days.
» Co-operation parents in all activities of the school is
appreciated and welcome.
» The Proper development of the child is the common aim of
the parents and the school. It is, therefore essential that we work
in close co-ordination and help the child grow in the home and school
environment in harmony.
In a nutshell we expect you to:
• Check the diaries daily and make the child follow the instructions.
• Sign the assignment done by the child before she/he submits
it to the teachers.
• Take advantage of the facility provided for meeting the
teachers regularly.
• Give any constructive suggestions in order to regulate the
work of the students.

FOR ADMISSION
Mid-Day Meal
In order to develop good eating habits and community feelings
in children, mid-day meal programme provides an important learning
situation. Children must bring their meal everyday to school. Parents
should keep in mind that the food provided should be nutritive and
wholesome. Liquid food (like dals, curries, curds etc.) should be
avoided.
Polythene bags are not allowed in the school.
Withdrawal
Parents are required to give one month’s notice for withdrawal
of the child failing which the security may be forfeited. At least
one week’s notice is required for issuance of Transfer Certificate
from the date of application.
